Dr. Azizuddin Sultani is the Director of Research and Academic Development at the Afghanistan Legal and Educational Studies Organization (ALESO). He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Mangalore University and is pursuing postdoctoral research at the Department of Commerce at Mangalore University. Dr. Sultani is an accomplished scholar with extensive social science research expertise in business administration and financial management. In addition to his academic pursuits, Dr. Sultani has published eight research papers in collaboration with various authors in Web of Science, UGC-approved, and other international journals. He also served as a guest lecturer at private universities in Afghanistan from 2014 to 2018, where he contributed to the academic development of undergraduate and graduate students. His professional background includes significant experience in financial management, having worked in key roles such as Country Tax Manager, Financial Specialist, Financial Advisor, and Finance Manager in national and international organizations. His diverse professional and academic experiences reflect a strong commitment to research, education, and practical applications in finance and management.

Dr. Sultani has been honoured with several prestigious awards and recognitions for his outstanding contributions to academia, youth empowerment, and public engagement. He is an editorial board member of the International Journal of Science and Management. He was Invited as a moderator during the International Conference on Business and Banking Revolutions in the Industry 4.0 Era on the 6th and 7th of June 2024 conducted by the Department of Commerce, Mangalore University. Also, In August 2023, he was invited as the Guest of Honor at the Three Days International Workshop on Research Writing and Publishing in Reputed Journals, hosted by PA College of Engineering, Mangalore, Karnataka, India. He has served as a judge at various national-level academic and cultural events, including IGNATIUS 2023 – Volcanoes of Talent and CROSSROADS 2019, organized by the Department of Business Administration, Mangalore University. Over the past decade, he has volunteered with numerous national and international organizations, fostering community and youth empowerment. His dedication has made him a member of several prominent organizations that inspire communities and empower youth. His passion for public speaking was recognized in 2010 when he secured the third position in the Elocution Competition at the University of Pune.
